You are invited to attend our free volunteer orientation and get involved in making a difference on Wednesday, March 20th from 9:30am to 11:30am.
Special Guest Speakers: Nyna Giles, mental health advocate and author of The Bridesmaid's Daughter: From Grace Kelly's Wedding to a Women's Shelter - Searching for the Truth About My Mother. Wendy Isnardi, author of Nobody Told Me: My Battle with Postpartum Depression and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
Learn how to raise awareness as we discuss decreasing stigma within the community and throughout New York State to help mothers and fathers get to the help they need for good mental health.
