SISFI and The Suicide Prevention Institute in association with Carl's Butterflies, Downes Consulting, the Jamaica Community Partnership and Postpartum Resource Center of New York, invites you to the Queens Postpartum Depression Conference on December 15th 2015, 10am-1pm at Multi Service Center South Jamaica Queens, 114-02 Guy R. Brewer Blvd, Jamaica, NY, 11434, 1st floor conference room. The theme: Solving a Hidden and Silent Threat. We have a great, informative and educational agenda lined up for you.
Many people struggle with depression during and after pregnancy than admit or are even aware they are. Depression has become a normal part of life for many people that affects males and females, sometimes unknowingly, and is highly overlooked until loss of life or suicide attempt shows distress. Join us to learn more about this and resources/solutions.
