The Postpartum Resource Center of New York is here to help you get to the help and resources you need. We are not a 24 hour/7 day a week hotline but here are some resources that are available with someone to talk to and for help all of the time.

You are invited to join us and meet with our Team with many different groups available to help you get to the help and support you are looking for.

5) Every Tuesdays and Thursdays 3pm - 4:15pm $25 per group Hosted by The Motherhood Center of New York – Transitioning to parenthood is difficult for every new mother, but for some it can bring along feelings of depression and/or anxiety. At least 20% of all new mothers suffer from postpartum depression and/or anxiety, and sometimes the best medicine for feeling better is being around other moms that are struggling just like you.
